Touching Souls Foundation is a charitable non-government organization based in Kenya working tirelessly to change the lives of vulnerable children with education, elderly people with medical attention, with offices located in BUNGOMA COUNTY. Founded by JENIPHER OWIYE in 2023, Touching Souls Foundation began as a small outreach ministry, operating in both NAIROBI and BUNGOMA COUNTIES by providing education to vulnerable children, reaching the unreached with the gospel of Christ and helping the elderly and the needy with medical attention. JENIPHER OWIYE was passionate about helping needy people, especially children in her community- a dream she had since childhood. And due to the increased number of orphans children in Kenya who have lost one or both parents due to HIV/AIDS, Accidents and other diseases. These children especially orphaned were missing out on education and some children had become homeless due to domestic violence in relative families. It is from here that JENIPHER OWIYE opened Touching Souls Foundation in 2023 to change lives and empower the next generation. The foundation was officially registered on 19th October number (REG NO: SOCF-W8TOBBV) IN 2023. The foundation has since been providing education to vulnerable children both in NAIROBI and BUNGOMA and most of them in their homes. The Foundation’s recent project is to acquire land and build offices, elderly homes, rescuing Centre, feeding Centre and medical facility.
